HomeMy WebLinkAboutNC0032077_Pretreatment_Annual_Report_20230223CONTENTNEA METROPOLITAN SEWERAGE DISTRICT PRETREATMENT ANNUAL REPORT JANUARY 1, 2022 through DECEMBER 31, 2022 Program Summary Winterville Machine Works Winterville Machine Works had one Chromium violation in October, 2022. A Notice of Violation was issued, and no civil penalties were assessed. All other parameters were well within the permit limits. The "NA" and "Not Required" on the IDSF for some parameters indicate annual LTMP monitoring requirements. Carolina Classics Catfish Carolina Classics Catfish had one Oil and Grease violation in April, 2022. They also had another Oil and Grease violation in October, 2022. Carolina Classics Catfish had a phosphorous violation in December, 2022. Notices of Violations were issued, and no civil penalties were assessed. All other parameters were well within the permit limits. The "NA" and "Not Required" on the IDSF for some parameters indicate annual LTMP monitoring requirements. Weyerhaeuser Weyerhaeuser did not have any violations for 2022. The "NA" and "Not Required" on the IDSF for some parameters indicate annual LTMP monitoring requirements. Long Term Monitoring Plan The current Long Term Monitoring Plan data is enclosed for 2020-2022. Allocation Table A copy of the current approved Allocation Table is enclosed. The Headworks Analysis was submitted to DWR on September 28, 2020 but has not been approved. The Allocation Table with that Headworks Analysis will be included when it is approved by the Division of Water Resources.
