Hi Amy,
I am writing to check in regarding the status of the hearing officer’s report and the permitting decision.
Also, could you please send a copy of the hearing officer’s report to us?
Thanks,
Jennifer

Hi Jennifer.
I’m going to get the draft hearing officer’s report turned in this week. I had to wait until after all the last minute
comments were received before I could proceed. Once the Director has reviewed the report, then the permitting
decision is made very soon after that.
Please let me know if you need anything else.

Hi Amy,
I wanted to check in with you now that the hearing has been held and the 30 days following the hearing will be complete
tomorrow.
Can you please give us any updates on the permit?
Thanks,
Jennifer

Please see attached. Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving.
Crystal, if the Corps wants to hold a hearing for this project as well, please let me know as soon as possible and I can
coordinate it with you.
Thanks.
