Hi Nikki,
It looks like I have a few more ahead of this one, but I am hoping to get to it soon. It looks like it came in as a joint
application. Usually if it needs the buffer authorization it won't be covered under the GC and I will most likely be writing
a 401 for this one as well. Once I perform my initial review, I will reach out with questions.

Good morning Zach —
Attached is email correspondence from the USACE waiving their review of the above project and statutorily authorizing
it.
We are currently waiting for the Riparian Buffer Authorization for this project; surface water impacts were below
notification thresholds; only the parallel roadway impacts (i.e. non -perpendicular crossing) triggered notification to and
authorization from DWR, as well as a Compensatory Buffer Mitigation requirement.
The client is asking for a status update so I wanted to take a moment and bug you.
