Thanks for sending that -that was helpful. I found the NPDES Stormwater COC permit number that you'll need:
It's the one attached (NCC202754) issued to DR Horton, and it was modified to cover those lots with that same E&SC
permit number back in October (also attached).
So, Leoterra can submit an NOT request for permit number NCC200372 and close that out by providing the new COC
number (NCC202754) for this same project.
NOTE: Our forms system has been down since Monday for extended maintenance, and we were supposed to be back
up today, but it's been delayed until closer to COB today.
So you will have to wait until Thursday morning to submit it. (You might try later today, but currently it will just prompt
for a log in.)
When our system is back up, I can link the two permit files with a shortcut and will drop in this correspondence as
well. If you have any questions about the Notice of Termination, please let Paul Clark know.

We already have our own permit for ph2.
I had precon with Guilford County a few weeks ago. James Tardiff is the inspector for the site. He did mention he had a
couple permits that needed to be closed out for the front phase. Maybe the Leoterra permit is one of those.

Leoterra recently informed us that the NCG01 is still in their name. Under normal circumstances we would modify this in
house but since Horton closed on the property it would have to be made under the current owner. Tom mentioned you
all have someone that creates and manages the NCG01's? Can you send me their contact information so we can get this
switched over? Once a new COC is created, I can send that number to Leoterra to close out the previous permit.
