Gentlemen,
thth
The PCN had the wrong anadromous fish moratorium end date. It should be June 30 and not June 15. NCDOT will
adhere to the longer date as requested by WRC. Sorry for the confusion and let me know what I need to do to correct
this. Thanks for the help.

th
June 15 is what is in the PCN so I was going off that. The correct date of course is whatever was recommended by
th
WRC. What date is in the Corps permit? If they have June 30, I’ll probably just leave mine as is. If not, I may need to
correct it. Sorry for the mix-up. Thanks.

Garcy,

Reviewing the permit, condition #3 (page 2 of 6) list the moratorium ending June 15, and the ending date is June
th
30. Not sure if you want to correct, scan and send that page in. Does not matter to us.
Thanks,
John

Garcy,
Hope you are doing well. Just want to check on the permit mod for B-4565 over the Neuse River in Lenoir
County. NCODT is worried about getting this done in the planned one year so here I am ‘just checking’. Thanks a lot for
the help.
