Mr. Zhang,
Nature Trail was battling several different issues during April and May. We have an aerator issue and
pump station issues both were effected by supply chain problems getting parts to repair them. We finally
received the necessary parts and restored these items to service. We have been in compliance since. We
regret the violations but during these difficult times, we do the best that we can.
