JANUARY TO DECEMBER 2022
Narrative
GENERAL INFORMATION:
General Permit Information
No permit lapsed or expired prior to renewal.
Permit number 001 for South Wake Landfill expires on December 31, 2023.
Permit number 002 for Seqirus, INC expires December 31,2027. Permit Application
was received June 30,2022 and renewed January 1, 2023. Permit sampling
requirements were updated to include As, Cd, Cr, Cu, Ni, Mo, Ph, Se, Ag, Zn, ortho
phosphorus, and all categorical organics. The Chloride limit was changed due to
new allocation within the Town of Holly Springs. Special Conditions were modified
to remove CWF, and the certification for categorical limits. In addition, the Special
Condition of PFAS/PFOA Monitoring was added. A new pipe (Pipe #003) was
added to account for a small manufacturing line with a previous an unregulated
area. Finally, several definitions were updated within the permit.
