Triennial Groundwater Monitoring Results

Per Monitoring and Reporting Requirements specified in Section IV.10 of the above
referenced permit, please find attached two (2) copies of the groundwater analyses for the
WWMW-1, WWMW-2, WWMW-3, and WWMW-4 monitoring wells, copies of
laboratory analyses and a completed GW-59a form.
Please note, the total phosphorus and fluoride samples collected on 07/06/22 were analyzed
outside of the acceptable holding time. A second set of samples was collected and analyzed
for comparison on 08/17/22. The comparative analysis is within reasonable difference to
qualify the results of the original samples.
