The following are items that require attention: Station 47+00 - 51+00 Y2 (Site I I)- Condition 92 of the permit states, " In -stream work and land disturbance within the 25 foot buffer zone are prohibited during the trout spawning season of January 1 - April 15 to protect the egg and fry stages of trout." The access road adjacent to the stream needs to be stabilized at 51+00 LT.
