Inspection Summary:
Site inspection was conducted on February 15, 2023 by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office. Mark Davis.
Roland, Reid Whitehead, Crystal Amschler, and Dave McHenry were present during the inspection. The following are
items that require attention:
Station 47+00 - 51+00 Y2 (Site I I)- Condition 92 of the permit states, " In -stream work and land disturbance within the
25 foot buffer zone are prohibited during the trout spawning season of January 1 - April 15 to protect the egg and fry
stages of trout." The access road adjacent to the stream needs to be stabilized at 51+00 LT. The stream bank at station
47+00 RT needs to be stabilized.
