We have reviewed the information you submitted proposing restoration to approximately 978 linear feet of Roan Creek
in Ashe County in which NRCS is the federal sponsor for the project known as the Terry Floyd Stream Restoration. As
outlined in the attached Nationwide Permit #27, no pre-construction notification is required to be submitted. Based on
my review, there is no further information needed from our office and the work is authorized by the attached permit
provided the terms/conditions of the permit are met. This permit expires on March 14, 2026 and does not
replace/preclude the need for you to obtain any other state/local authorizations. Feel free to contact me with any
