Two copies of Compliance and Monitoring Form (GW-59) for the 6 wells associated with the Sludge Disposal Unit. 2. Laboratory analysis for these same wells. 3. Compliance Report Form GW-59A 4. Summary of the Groundwater Monitoring Results As shown in the summary, some of the results in the monitoring wells are above the permit limits. However, these results remain consistent with previous results and most results show decreases in concentration. The regional office has received this data. No additional actions are planned at this time. If additional information is needed, please feel free to contact either myself on 910-371- 5232 or Larry Young on 910-264-2564.
