You need to check to be sure that you won't need any temporary impacts for the pipe
installation for the streams (that is one thing we normally expect for a pipe installation in
streams. You might want to check that for the wetlands as well.
If you find out that you will have the temporary impacts, please just send a revised Impacts
Summary sheet and any revised drawings you may need.
I also noticed that the profile view of the pipes in streams do not reflect the riprap pad
as shown on the plan views. Please correct this.
I also need you to provide a cross sectional view showing the pipes (one for the channel and
one for the storm flows).
I think that this will be everything I need to complete the application (plus of course the
Secretary of State info).
It will be fine if you just e -mail this to me and copy Emily Greer with the USACE.
