NARRATIVE SUMMARY
GENERAL INFORMATION:
GENERAL PROGRAM INFORMATION:
During the reporting period, the Town of Rutherfordton did not modify any of the
Pretreatment Program. A copy of the "Pretreatment Program Info Database" is
attached with one noted correction to the ORC email address.
GENERAL PERMIT INFORMATION:
No modifications were made to the Industrial User Permits.
SIU INFORMATION:
1. Aallied Die Casting (0003)
SIGNIFICANT NONCOMPLIANCE (SNC) INFORMATION:
No SNC Events
OTHER INFORMATION:
Aallied Die Casting did not violate any permit limitation or condition. Both
Aallied completed the Permit required monitoring. Please note that Aallied
Die Casting made some inprovements to the manufacturing process which
significantly reduced the frequency and volume of their discharge. They
have not discharged any process wastewater since June 17, 2021. Since
there were no discharge events, there are no monitoring results included in
this report.
The POTW completed the required annual inspection.
