I just realized this house is in the Olivette Development, which is serviced by municipal
sewer. You'll need to provide the setback to the sewer collection system as well as the
setback distance to the house foundation.

It has been awhile since I have submitted a Geo application. I mailed the
documents to the Asheville Regional Office and to the Buncombe County
Environmental Health Depailiuent. Do I need to email you a copy as well?
