- Station 149+25 LT - Stream was walked down to the double barrel culvert at Y17. Some small pockets of residual
sediment were observed at the beginning of the reach. These sediments were removed and follow up photos were
recieved at the end of the day. Sediment cleanup is complete.
- Station 159+00 LT - Energy dissipator - Structure downstream of dissipator was repaired to improve piping. Photos
were received on 2.13.
- Station 188+00 LT - Sand bags were removed from stream.

Inspection Summary:
Site inspection was conducted on February 13, 2023 by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office. Brian
Luther was present during the inspection and his assistance is greatly appreciated. The site visit was a follow up
inspection for a self reported sediment release that occured on February 6, 2023 at station 149+25 LT.
