- Site appeared to have some diversity issues and mowing encroachments from MY1 and MY2
- Permanent conservation easement has been established
- Photos provided of site loo good and show vegetative growth over the past monitoring years
- Visual assessments show sufficient tree growth despite heavy herbaceous competition. Deer browsing and field
rat damage was evident but less severe than previous years.
- No mention of invasives.
- Average vigor and stem height were provided for each plot but not individual
- Height, density, and diversity all look good for every plot
o Average height for site was 124cm, with an average of 824 stems/acre,
