By copy of this correspondence, DWR approves the monitoring report for Year 3 of the Loflin Dairy Phase II Site. Please
provide confirmation of bond renewal through next year's monitoring period. Once DWR receives your bond renewal,
we can proceed issuing the credit release for this task.
DWR authorizes a 20% reduction in the current bond amount.
