Facility Description: The ADM Milling Company is located at 620 W. 10th Street in Charlotte on approximately 6.1 acres
of property. Wheat is processed into flour at the plant. The plant consists of grain elevators and a flour mill. ADM
Trucking also operates a truck maintenance shop on the property.
File Review/History: The facility was inspected by CMSWS on 04/09/08, 05/10/2013, and 01/26/18. A Notice of
Violation was issued by NCDENR on 05/12/08 for deficiencies in the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, Qualitative
Monitoring, Analytical Monitoring, and Permit and Outfalls sections of NPDES Stormwater Permit NCG060000.
Inspection Summary: At the time of inspection, ADM Milling Company was observed to be in compliance with the City
of Charlotte Storm Water Pollution Control Ordinance. Please refer to the report for comments and recommendations.
