We are supporting Amazon in North Carolina for their stormwater compliance under NC General Stormwater Permit
NCG060000. For the Quarter 1 (January - March) monitoring period, there was a pH exceedance at Sample Point-02 for
Amazon CLT9 site (Permit Number NCG060412) as:

Sampling and pH measurements were conducted on 22 Jan 2023.
Per the General Permit Requirement for Tier Three Status, we are to notify NCDEQ Regional office in writing of the
exceedance. The inspection was conducted within 14 days, 27 Jan 2023, of the pH exceedance reading. We are working
with our client to develop an action plan including corrective actions to be completed upon state approval including a
more consistent sweeping schedule.
Additional detail will be included in the action plan. Please let us know if you have any questions in the interim.
