EPA plans to establish a website that will also link to the appropriate electronic reporting tool for each type of electronic submission and for each state. Instructions on how to access and use the appropriate electronic reporting tool will be available as well. Information on EPA's NPDES Electronic Reporting Rule is found at: http•//www2 eya Gov/compliance/final-national-pollutant-discharge-elimination-system- npdes-electronic-reporting-rule.
