I checked on the regulatory status of Waynesville Town Center. The reviewing
agency for the stormwater management plan will be the DWQ 401 Unit (Ian and me).
So, please tell your engineer to submit a separate supplement form for each
proposed BMP on the site as well as all of the required information. Blank
supplement forms are available at: http://h2o.enr.state.nc.us/su/bmp forms.htm.

arise.
