Attached is the site plan showing the location of the underground stormwater treatment system and
outfall. The outfall will not require additional impact to the linear wetland. I have copied Krysta to keep her in

Subject: DWQ#2022-1687 Freeze Project
Ms. Robertson:
Review of the subject Project found the PCN application deficient in information relating to stormwater treatment on
the proposed site. It is necessary to provide information on location of SCM and location of discharge, a map overlay
will be sufficient. Any impact from placement of energy dissipater pad in wetlands should be accounted for also.
It is necessary to provide this Office with the subject information by close of business on February 9, 2023 @ 5:00 p.m.
to prevent project from being placed on HOLD for additional information. When a project is placed on Hold the process
time clock will stop and when information is received project time clock will restart at day one.
To prevent this please submit the above noted information as soon as possible. If you should have any questions, please
contact myself by email or phone.
