4. Proposed Activity
Provide a detailed description of the proposed activity including its purpose and include the type of equipment to be used: *
Lay foundation with bock and brick. Deliver to site two 15' x 56' modular units to the
site where they will sit outside of the foundation area and off of any public roads.
Units will be lifted by crane onto the foundation, as well as prefab trusses that will be
used to construct the 12/12 pitch roof. All materials must be kept on site. Two
porched will be added to the modular units, one 6' x 32' porch will be added to the rod
side of the house and one 8' x 32' porch will be added to the water side end.
A 12' x 16" workshop will be placed on the property near the NW end of the
foundation with adequate space to moving equipment between the two.
