The following information is provided to explain why the facillty is not in compliance as well as to oU9MTWF7JM
corrective actions being taken:
The Hasentree HOA continues to address issues related to the transition from the developer, Toll Brothers. The HOA is
working bzreplace the inoperable flow meters, and we will resume monthly readings once this work has been completed.
We have selected a contractor (Vaughan), and are coordinating schedules to commence this work. Holiday schedules
and supply chain issues are impacting the start date. At this point. we believe the work will commence approximately 6-8
weeks from January 1.2823. We will continue to keep Dorothy Robson posted on any developments. Please know that
we are looking forward to having these meters be operational so we Gan take and submit proper monthly measurements,
as required,
