Dear Mr. and Mrs. Stoy,
Through coordination with the North Carolina Division of Coastal Management, we have
learned of your request to transfer Department of the Army (DA) permit originally issued to
Charles and Carolyn Wilson on March 6, 2012 to Patrick and Laura Stoy. This permit authorizes
dredging of an entrance channel to, and around, the existing docking facility at 393 Howards
Lane, adjacent to the AIWW, in Hampstead, Pender County, North Carolina..
The proposal continues to be consistent with the provisions and objectives of general permit
No. 1982000277 (enclosed). The permit is hereby transferred. It is understood that all other
conditions of your permit remain applicable and the permit will expire December 31, 2021.
