The new, subdivided parcel is where a PETCO is planned to be built. The new parcel will be approximately 281' x 260' (+/- 1.677 acres), adjacent to the west of an existing ABC Store, 2400 West Cumberland Street. The newly created address for the PETCO will be: 2450 West Cumberland Street, Dunn NC 28334. Please let me know if additional information is needed.
