Subject: Manna Food Bank - NCWRC comments
Hi Amanda and Andrew,
I have reviewed the information sent to me about the Manna Food Bank project, which
proposes to fill 0.132 acre of wetland and replace a failed culvert on an unnamed tributary
to Beetree Creek in order to construct a food bank operations center in Buncombe County.
The project should not impact wild trout and a trout moratorium is not needed for this
project. Wetland impacts should be compensated via mitigation.
