Seven Devils Resort WWTP Watauga County The Division of Water Resources (the Division) became aware of an error in your recently issued permit (January 30, 2023) for Seven Devils Resort WWTP, NPDES Permit No. NC0035149. It has been brought to our attention that the Renewal needed clarification as follows: • The sample location for Temperature has been changed to upstream & downstream in Section A. (2.) Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements. • The sample location for Temperature has been changed to upstream & downstream in Section A. (3.) Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements. Therefore, the Division has made a correction to the appropriate pages in the Permit Renewal. Please insert the enclosed corrected pages into your existing permit and discard the old pages. We regret any inconvenience this causes your organization. Please note that this permit is not transferable except after notice to the Division. The Division may require modification or revocation and reissuance of the permit. This permit does not affect the legal requirements to obtain other permits which may be required by the Division of Water Resources or any other Federal, State, or Local governmental permits that may be required.
