Thanks for your responses to my PCN application review comments.
I see your point about Impact #10. It does appear that this will be the only way to access the Pickle
Ball courts and parking lot.
I'll reach out to Stone Farm Mitigation Bank on your behalf to get that ball rolling.
Thanks for sending in the pictures of the forested areas. From the pictures it does appear that there
is a robust level of shrubbery. Speaking with the USFWS on other site visits they have told me that
the RCW like to be able to clearly see any predators that might be on the forest floor or close to their
roosting trees.
The maintained area is nice and open, but since it's periodically maintained (mowed, etc.) there
would probably be too much noise and human activity for them.
Once we get the mitigation setup I will be able to issue a Provisional Permit until the 401
certification is received.

-Wetland Impacts:
Wetland impact #10 seems to be larger then what might be required. why does the slope of the
wetland need to be impacted?

- Mitigation:
The PCN notes that mitigation will go through an in -lieu fee system. The Corps prefers and requires
that you go through a in HUC Mitigation Bank. Looks like Stone Farm Mitigation Bank services that
HUC, Watershed and area.
- RCW Slopes Agreement:
This project is located within a RCW Slopes Area. Please fill out the attached RCW slopes agreement
paperwork attached to this email.
