We recently discovered that we missed the 180-day deadline for submission of the application
to renew the NPDES permit No. NC0049905 for our asphalt terminal in Salisbury, NC. The
facility name and address are provided on this letterhead.
We are currently working to prepare the application and anticipate submitting it to you in
February 2023. We also anticipate that the renewal application will include no significant
changes at the facility.
