Reverification of this project is requested using GP 50. The project has and anticipated let date of June 14,
2023.
The NCDOT submitted an a-PCN application received on July 31, 2018 by the NCDEQ DWR and received by
the USACE on August 10, 2018. Previously issued WQC 4132 provided on August 3, 2018 (Project No.:
17BP.5.R.86). Action ID is the following: SAW-2016-01618 (on August 15, 2018)
There have been slight adjustments to the design and jurisdictional impacts since the original permit drawing
submittal. See attached updated permit drawings. See DMS mitigation letter providing 41 linear feet of stream
mitigation and 0.02 ac of wetland mitigation.
Section 7 issues have been resolved following coordination with USFWS. See attached survey information.
Archaeology No Survey Required Form on 10/21/2016.
Historic Architecture and Landscapes No Survey Required Form on 9/22/2016.
Response from Catawba Indian Nation on 1/17/2020.
