Explanation The initial Ryan Homes submittal to Charlotte Engineering (CED) for the Dillon
Lakes development was approved under Permit Number LDGP-2020-00033 and
subsequently approved by DEQ under CofC NCC200923. Additional submittals
were made to CED as Ryan Homes purchased lots and approved under Permit Nos.
LDGP-2020-00162, LDGP-2020-00240, LDGP-2020-00256 and LDGP-2021-00162.
As submittals were approved by CED, the additional lots were added to NCC200923
via the online Modification Form. Ryan Homes construction is now complete and all
lots have permanent stabilization. Termination Letters (5) from CED are attached for
each LDGP project number. The "Close-out Date" listed in the eNOT is for the date
of the most recent CED Termination Letter.
