Has there been a new Delegation of Signature Authority (DOSA) submitted that enables Micah's ability to sign on behalf
of the owner entity?
If not, please provide that so we can also make that update. Since this Permit Signature Authority is recorded at the
Owner level, it should be delegated from the responsible official (still listed as Daniel Shaw).

Most likely it's because the same owner is tied to all Pilgrim's Pride facilities and needs to be consistent. Permit and
facility contacts can be specific to different locations, but owner information for the same owner entity needs to be the
same for all the permits the Owner is tied to. Any changes we make to owner information will be made for the Owner
on ALL permits it's tied to.
If the Sanford info is not appropriate for ALL the locations that Pilgrim's Pride has, then the company should consider
with Owner -related contacts need to be established to be suitable for all facilities. Sanford contact info should be
specific to permit and facility contact info associated with that permit, and other locations should likewise have permit
and facility info for those locations. But owner info will traverse all of them.

Please help me with NCG060182 first Step: Verify Database Information —When I enter NCG060182, all six pages of
"Database Information" are Pilgrim's Pride Corporation sister Complex in Sanford, Staley NC locations (Complex
Environmental Manager —Tina Pedley was copied in this e-mail) instead of Marshville, North Carolina. Can you fix it or
direct me to another correct page.

Step 1: Verify Database Information
The first step is to check the information in the Stormwater Program database. Permittees will run
two reports, the Owner Verification Report and the Stormwater Permit Summary Report.
Owner Verification Report
This report provides a list of all of the stormwater permits that are assigned to a given
Owner. Enter one of the Owner's permit number into the Owner Verification Report and it will return a
list of all of the stormwater permits for that Owner, including both individual and general
permits. Review the report and determine if the list is accurate. If corrections need to be made,
email Bethany Georgoulias or Kieu Tran.
