Hi Doug this is Tom with Fourtees. You met us several weeks ago at 9119 Thackery lane in Sherrills Ford. If you recall
you told us that we could go into the buffer zone at the lake and remove some small trees and fix the ditch area. You
were going to send me an email telling me what we can or can not do. What we would like to do is clear enough small
trees and rip rap that area to match what we are doing in the rest of the ditch going up the side of the property. Can
you please advise what we can do? We have gotten written permission from the neighbor to clean his side out
