To Whom It May Concern,
The seawall for Mr. Zach Shaumburg at the Fenley Forest Dock Lot will be completed by barge using an
excavator to prep and lay boulders. It will be installed to Duke and D WR specifications making sure to
follow all set rules and guidelines laid out by DWR and Duke Energy.
