Once they expire (year extension included) the Corps is technically issuing a new NWP. If
nothing has changed I just need to do a quick coordination with USFW, NMF, and the Park
Service (where applicable) on these.

Kyle and Garcy,
The Division has 4 NWP's for ocean outfalls that have expired. Due to budget constraints,these projects have not been
started. Can I send a courtesy notification through the NCDWR Portal to get these reissued? In the narrative, I was
going to include "No changes have been made to the previously authorized plans". Is there any other information you
would need in the submittal?
