Site visit on 2/1/23. Proposed receiving tributaa (30Q2=0) was noted to be 1-2 feet deep with moderate velocity.
Scattered showers during the week of the visit. The tributary flows through a sparsely populated residential area before
joining Horse Swamp (C NSW).
Submittal package contains a thorough evaluation of alternative non -discharge disposal options, and sufficiently shows
none are environmentally or economically feasible.
Treatment system submittal is straightforward and consists of a new 1250 gallon baffled conventional concrete septic tank
with effluent filter which gravity flows to an AdvanTex AX20-RT Pod recirculating treatment unit (1 recirculation pump
k, 18 gpm) with control panel and pump on/off float switches plus high water float alarm. It is recommended the alarm
systems high water and UV intensity) be connected to a dialer notification systempanel is equipped for set-up .
Effluent from the pod rg avity-flows through a UV unit to a rip rap discharge structure at pipe outlet to tributar,
This office would like to do a start-up inspection upon completion. It is recommended permit no. NCG551785 be issued
for the D'Amato property at 1961 Rocky Run Road in Jacksonville
