The Pretreatment staff of the NC Division of Water Resources at the Winston-Salem Regional
Office has reviewed the Pretreatment Annual Report (PAR) covering January 1, 2022, through
December 31, 2022. The review indicates that the PAR is adequate and satisfies the requirements of
15A NCAC 2H .908(b) and the Comprehensive Guidance for North Carolina Pretreatment Programs.
However, the PAR did not have the Pretreatment Program Info Database included. The database
needs to be updated and sent via email to [e-mail].
