Your assistance and cooperation during the inspection was greatly appreciated. An inspection checklist is attached for your records. Mr. Boone did not find any discrepancies or violations of the NCG520000 permit during the inspections at either of the sites. The sites were in complete compliance. It is noted that neither site has been in operation or had a discharge for approximately 9 years, since 2007. You're reminded that if and when the company decides to bring either site back into operation, and a discharge of wastewater is produced, that the company must immediately comply with all conditions of NCG520000.
