Can you please confirm which category you are fitting buffer impact BSA under (i.e deemed, allowable, etc.); pages 19-20 of the submitted PCN do not state which category. On page 15 & 96 it states the impact is for a road crossing, but page 100 impact map states it as a sewer crossing. Is this for the temp pump around for the road construction? Impact BSA is a temporary impact associated with the road crossing. More specifically, BSA is for pump around equipment and pump outlet velocity dissipator. The impacts are the temporary impacts associated with construction of the road crossing, an "Allowable" activity. The impact map for BSA was indeed labeled incorrectly and an edited version has been attached.. 2. Can you confirm which section of the table of uses you are fitting buffer impacts B2, 1311, B13, and B21 under. (1321 was not addressed in the summary on pages 19 & 20) Impacts B2, 1311, and B13 are all "Sewer Lines — New Line Construction/Installation Activities - Impacts other than perpendicular crossings" Item (II)(i) in the Neuse Buffer Rules. In fact, I believe these are "Deemed Allowable" impacts. Impact B21 was referenced in the last sentence of the "Mitigation" section in my cover letter however, I referenced B23 when in fact it should have said B21. 3. There is a large sum of buffer credits needed for this project. Do you know if these credits are still available from the mitigation bank since the provided SOA letter is from November 2022? Camden Brunick with Wildlands has confirmed buffer mitigation credits for the project are still available. See attached email from Camden dated 1/20/2023. Please let me know if you need further clarification on any other items.
