Public Notice;Water Quality Certification for City of High Point-Kensington Dr; 20210784 Ver 2; Guilford County PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that on January 25, 2023 City of High Point (PO Box 230, High Point, NC 272610230) applied to the NC Division of Water Resources (DWR)for a 401 Individual Water Quality Certification, pursuant to Section 401 of the Federal Clean Water Act and Title 15A NCAC 02H .0500.The activity for which this certification is sought regards Replace culvert with culvert.The DWR's proposed date of final action on the application is March 03, 2023. Written comments on the application described above must be received by DWR no later than 5 p.m. on March 03, 2023. Written comments may be submitted online by filling out the Public Notice Comment Form here: <https://edocs.deg.nc.gov/Forms/401 Public Notice Comments>. Written comments may also be mailed to: 401 Permitting, 1617 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC, 27699-1617. The application is available online.
