Tom and Hannah,
The assistant resident on the subject project reported a sediment loss to the stream. The loss was
noted on 1/30/2022. The loss occurred at the Site 2 stream, at approximately Sta. 19+50 left and
just outside of the temporary impacts for the dewatering of the stream. The loss was approximately
2.5 feet x 4.0 feet and 0.2’ deep in the stream. It was caused when drainage, partially from the
adjacent development, washed out and around a sand bag dewatering measure. It has been
cleaned up with hand tools. We can review the area at the ride through scheduled for Thursday.

Tom, I can send you a photo of the area since I am not planning to see you on Thursday.
