Jonathan and Chad,
As discussed, the revised site plan is attached The only change we made is a 20 sq foot reduction of the northern -most
finger pier so that we did not have any structures located within the federal harborline We made the alteration to
address a comment from the Corps' Navigation Section.
I sent Tyler Crumbley a copy of this drawing which he shared with Navigation and they're good to go a condition of their
permit to be that the ferry cannot be used for permanent docking and it cannot be unattended.
