Please send emails of additional information that need to be added to the Central Office paper file to Sheri Montalvo and include the project name and number for the information Sheri will check that it has been logged into BIMS (however this should be done by reviewer), print out paper copies, pull our paper file, and give the paper file to Bev for scanning into Laserfiche (if not done already by reviewer). Brown Ca)Mcgillenaineers.Coml Sent: Wednesday, February 18, 2015 12:29 PM To: david.w. brown Cc usace army.mil; Johnson, Alan Cc: Matthew Getting Subject: Revised Plans and Page 4 of PCN Gentlemen, Thank you for your patience on getting this information to you. I am enclosing 4 revised drawings which show the revised items clouded. Some of the notes are just to further clarify Two of the drawings are detail sheets I am sending back sheet 4 of the PCN, which has also been revised. Please note that the column for the "Average Stream Width" has changed, some of the numbers according to Alan's field observation. Matthew is going out to the site on Friday for a field inspection. He is going to have another look at and measure the stream widths I can wait to send you the hard copies in the mail, incase his field work shows differently (mainly on S3). The number given is from field shots edge of water, I took from our surveyor's survey If you see anything on the attachments that you have a question about or need us to revise, please let me know Alan, to answer your question about the length of time the temporary crossings will be in, is until around 2/28/16, which is projected end of project date. They may be able to come out sooner if the work in that area is done earlier.
