Hi Ryan, I am writing to confirm whether a separate buffer authorization was issued for the subject project. I didn't see anything come across my email, and just wanted to make sure I hadn't missed anything. Perhaps the original buffer authorization from 2020 didn't expire, but we thought it expired with the 401. Hoping you can clarify this for us. Thank you, Nancy From: laserfiche@ncdenr.gov <laserfiche@ncdenr.gov> Sent: Monday, October 24, 2022 1:33 PM To: warcher@ncdot.gov; Nancy Oberle <nancy.oberle@threeoaksengineering.com> Cc: ryan.conchilla@ncdenr.gov Subject: Decision for 20200758 Ver 2 Intersection Improvements at US 70 (South Church Street) and SR 1311 (University Drive), including widening South Church Street from West of University Dr. to Westbrook Ave (SR 1309) The review for this project has been completed and a copy of our decision can be found in the project link provide below.
