Hi Ryan,
I am writing to confirm whether a separate buffer authorization was issued for the subject project. I didn't see anything
come across my email, and just wanted to make sure I hadn't missed anything. Perhaps the original buffer authorization
from 2020 didn't expire, but we thought it expired with the 401. Hoping you can clarify this for us.
Thank you,
Nancy
