Dear Mr. Trammel:
It has come to the attention of the NC Division of Water Resources that we mistakenly issued a Notice of
Violation (NOV-2015-DV-0220) to you and Water Quality Services for a sanitary sewer overflow which took
place at The Ponds Country Club on September 27, 2015. This notice was issued to you due to an
administrative oversight and the Division apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
The Division hereby officially retracts NOV-2015-DV-0220 and it will be deleted from our database. We fully
acknowledge that you are not the owner of The Ponds Country Club's utility systems, and you are hereby
completely absolved of any responsibility related to NOV-2015-DV-0220 or the sewer overflow for which it was
issued.
Please destroy the document you received or let us know if you have any problem with doing so. We can
make alternative arrangements to retrieve the document from you so we can destroy it ourselves.
