Hi Mr. Hayes and Mr. Zhang,
This email is to inform you that the Durham County Triangle Wastewater Treatment Plant, NC
0026051, has violated the weekly average effluent ammonia nitrogen limit of 3.0 mg/L. Based
on reports received by the contract laboratory the weekly average effluent ammonia
concentration is 4.65 mg/L for the week of January 16, 2023. Durham County was receiving
additional flow from the Town of Cary due to an emergency line repair during the time the
violation occurred.
