Inspection Summary:
Inspection conducted in response to submittal of application for No Exposure Certification. Met with Doris Sampson and
Cleve Collins to verify information on application and make site observations. Property owner has leased building space to a
manufacturing company for finished product warehousing and distribution with plans to lease to other companies for the
same purposes. There are a number of ASTs with secondary containment onsite, however they have not been in use for
many years and have been emptied of all product. There will be no onsite vehicle maintenance and there were no dumpsters
onsite at the time of inspection. A pile of broken concrete block and a pile of dirt were present outside at the rear of the
building. Facility personnel relayed that the material would be used to repair damaged areas of the roadway around the
building. Due to the proximity of the piles to a nearby storm drain, a recommendation was made to install some type of
barrier around the piles to prevent any material from entering the storm drain. Based on the observations made at the time of
inspection and best professional judgement, the facility is eligible for a No Exposure Certification.
