Dear Mr. Ham:
On March 9, 2015, the Division of Water Resources (DWR), received documentation showing that
Greene Environmental Services, LLC (GES) has transferred and assigned the conservation
easement for the subject site to the North Carolina Wildlife Habitat Foundation.
According to the UMBI signed on May 1, 2013, the following Project Milestones have been met,
and the corresponding credits shall be released:

7) Transfer or assign the conservation easement and all of its interests, in 5%
perpetuity, to a land trust or stewardship program
TOTAL: 5%
By copy of this correspondence, DWR confirms that you have satisfied the above requirements for
the above - referenced tract and 5% of your Tar - Pamlico riparian buffer credits (0.05 x 237,402 ft2 =
11,870.10 ft2) are now available for sale. Additionally, 5% of your nitrogen nutrient offset credits
(0.05 x 10,342.241b -N = 517.11 lb -N) and 5% of your phosphorous nutrient offset credits (0.05 x
666.12 lb -P = 33.31 lb -P) are now available for sale. Please update your credit ledgers accordingly.

Please note that nutrient offset credits generated at this site must be used for development
impacts in HUC 03020103 of the Tar - Pamlico River Basin. Additionally, the riparian buffer
credits must be used for impacts in the Tar - Pamlico River Basin according to guidelines in
15A NCAC 02B.0295.
