According to the UMBI signed on May 1, 2013, the following Project Milestones have been met, and the corresponding credits shall be released: Task/Milestones Credit 7) Transfer or assign the conservation easement and all of its interests, in 5% perpetuity, to a land trust or stewardship program TOTAL: 5% By copy of this correspondence, DWR confirms that you have satisfied the above requirements for the above - referenced tract and 5% of your Tar - Pamlico riparian buffer credits (0.05 x 237,402 ft2 = 11,870.10 ft2) are now available for sale. Additionally, 5% of your nitrogen nutrient offset credits (0.05 x 10,342.241b -N = 517.11 lb -N) and 5% of your phosphorous nutrient offset credits (0.05 x 666.12 lb -P = 33.31 lb -P) are now available for sale.
