IV. ADDITIONAL REGIONAL STAFF REVIEW ITEMS
I saw no issue with the information provided for Ma. o
by:
A site visit of RC-49-01 showed that the maps are still accurate, and no new construction has taken place since the last
aerial photos were taken. The mgp provided in the application still shows the fields that are being deleted.
A site visit of RC-50-01 showed that the map may not be accurate to field conditions. The outbuilding close to the
property line is a business. Additional setbacks may be needed. There may be a waterway in the field. The vegetation
did not allow for a clear view. The waterway may be cgptured in the house buffer. This field is also included in
WO0002376. When I mentioned this to Rvan Copeland he said that the farmer believed that it had been removed from
the Reidsville permit and he would contact the farmer.
